Project Brief

Located in a serene residential pocket, Mandal Residency was envisioned as a modern family home that balances minimalism with warmth. The clients desired an uncluttered environment that reflected their lifestyle — functional yet refined, with a subtle nod to traditional design.

Design Strategy

We began with a spatial analysis to optimize circulation and utility within each room. A neutral colour palette was selected to allow the architecture to breathe while ensuring continuity throughout the home. Custom-built cabinetry and sleek modular furniture were introduced to improve storage without compromising openness. Ambient lighting, recessed ceilings, and accent textures gave the interiors depth and dimension.
